When starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it corresponds to what was ordered and that the product cannot be returned.

According to the provisions of Article 12, Part Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal", therefore partapis.com reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal if the product is used and/or damaged.
